Only official insignia can be put on the Scout uniforms. Please refer to the insignia placement guide for the correct placement of official insignia. Patches from events may be worn on the right shirt pocket below the button on a temporary basis. Special patch vests can be worn to display special patches from past events or places visited.  Unit Numerals The pack has had patches custom-made with the number “248” for the uniform shirts. They are available for purchase for $1.50 each. See the Advancement Coordinator for more details. REQUIRED ELEMENTS Tiger Official Blue Cub Scout shirt with proper insignia Neckerchief & Slide Blue Pants, jeans or shorts (do not have to be Scout issued) Orange & Blue Tiger Cub Hat – optional. Wolf/Bear Official Blue Cub Scout shirt with proper insignia Neckerchief & Slide Cub Scout Belt (optional, but recommended to hold belt loops) Blue Pants, jeans or shorts (do not have to be Scout issued) Cub Scout Hat (yellow front panel), optional Webelos Choice of: Official Tan Boy Scout shirt with proper Cub Scout insignia Neckerchief & Slide Scout Belt (optional, but recommended to hold sports & academics belt loops) Blue pants, jeans or shorts (do not have to be Scout issued) Webelos Hat (blue front panel), optional Pack Wear-Activity Shirts The pack sells sweatshirts and t-shirts with the packs name and number on them for use during activities that might ruin the normal dress uniform (alternatively called Class-B uniforms). The pack treasurer takes orders for these periodically throughout the year. Class-B uniforms (includes any shirt with cub scouting theme) can be worn during Resident Camps and other events where wearing the official shirt could lead to damage to the shirt.
